Refund policy

We want you to love your walk! If your shoes aren’t the perfect fit, here is how we can help:

• Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• Condition: To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, including the original shoe box and packaging.

• Return Process:

  1. Email us at hello@Trendtread.com with your order number.

  2. Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
